99ENVAS-25 works with alternate versions of 3-up 1099 forms with no side perforation. This envelope has a self seal flap and therefore does not work with inserting equipment. See specifications below for window positions. Order a sample to check compatibility. This envelope is bundled in multiples of 25 to allow for smaller orders.

A mositure seal option is available if purchasing for inserting equipment: 99ENVA (bulk) or 99ENVA-25 (small orders).
